TuCasa Luxury 4 Story Villa in Little Italy Downtown San Diego

TuCasa 4 Story Villa was such a pleasure! We booked this property to celebrate a Bachelorette, and it comfortably slept 10 girls (while also giving the MOH and the Bride their own room)! The villa's location was ideal. It was a block away from the main Little Italy, and I found that coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It was such a nice escape to be able to book the entire property, knowing that we don’t really need to think about noise complaints or considerations of any floors above or below us (because we have the entire 4-floor property). The location being in Little Italy meant that on Saturdays, farmers’ markets were literally outside our window. This was especially handy when we needed a grocery run. The property itself was very true to the original posting. With 3 full bathrooms, one for each bedroom floor. The main kitchen/living room was big, and was a good gathering place for 10 girls. The water pressure in the main bedroom was nice, and the drainage was also efficient. The main bedroom, we dedicated it to our bride. It was a master suite with a walk in closet, and plenty of space for the special girlThe Air Conditioning was modernized and the property had central AC. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a fun weekend with a group of friends!What stood out from this experience is the communication. I mainly was emailing back-to-back communication with Rob, and he was an excellent responder. He would immediately reply, within minutes!

We enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you are coming with a large family or a group of friends Positive: Plenty of room for a large family. Location was great. So many restaurants to walk to. There was a nice farmers market on Saturday morning that was right outside our front door. Negative: The one parking spot that is available for the unit is in the garage that is an extremely tight fit. Would have been nice to have another place to park other than the garage. There is free street parking if you can find one available except Saturday mornings due to the farmers market otherwise you need to pay to park.

Great place. Spacious and love the location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

For our girl trip this was an excellent find. Kitchen is very well appointed as are the restrooms. Lots of storage for your belongings with plenty of hangers, which can sometimes be a problem. All the balcony areas are fun to use, especially the rooftop. If you have multiple vehicles, as stated in the description, be ready to find parking. Very comfortable retreat.
